I don’t know about you, but I like to check out my site statistics to see what people are searching for when they come to my blog. Today I saw that someone did a blogsearch for “working at Nordstrom”. Perhaps someone who wanted to apply for a job at Nordstrom wanted to find out what others had to say about the company or maybe a Nordstrom executive wanted to know what employees are saying about the company. 
If it’s the latter, let this serve as a reminder to those of you who like to complain about the company you work for to be careful what you say! Don’t become one of those people who gets fired for bad-mouthing the company they work for - and if you do, stay anonymous ;)
And if you’re an owner of a company reading this....As important as it is to find out what your customers are saying about you, it’s just as important to see what your employees think of you as well!
