I was working in a Disney hotel doing room service. One morning I delivered breakfast to a room where a little girl seemed to be very sad, when I spoke to her, right away her parents told me she lost her piglet beanie. Within the next 15 minutes I retreived a piglett beanie from the hotel gift shop and immediately took it to the little girl. Not only was the little girl thrilled, but, her parents were extremly supprised of my efforts.

I saw several posts on Panera. (I'm sitting here now, and love the food, service and ambience.

My one complaint is the quality of the wireless service. It's often slow to the point of uselessness. The Panera in Amherst/hadley is OK on a good day, but often slows down to the point I have to leave. I also frequent the Panera in San Diego/Solana Beach, which is slower than a telephone modem. As I am a fan of Panera (and even own stock in the company), I implore them to upgrade their wireless>
