My two cents:
You have one chance to wow a customer and that is during the first transaction. That first purchase determines if they’ll buy from you again. It doesn’t matter whether or not you are a mega seller. Customers remember you when you “wow” them, so make every effort to go above and beyond!
Take a step back and look at your business from a customer’s perspective. Are you giving them a reason to remember and be loyal to you? ![]()
