The Importance of Customer Service According to Steve Weber
Steve Weber sells books  - a home-based business I never really gave much thought to until now.  Well, as we all know there is no business out there that isn’t immune from the responsibilities of customer service and Steve reminds of this fact in his most recent post.

Steve is asked these questions:

“...But why does everybody preach so much about the importance of customer service? Isn't this one business where you are likely to sell to a customer only once, especially if you're not a megaseller? And even if you did sell to someone more than once, they probably wouldn't remember your bookstore name anyway?”

Find out Steve’s answer here...

My two cents:

You have one chance to wow a customer and that is during the first transaction.  That first purchase determines if they’ll buy from you again.  It doesn’t matter whether or not you are a mega seller. Customers remember you when you “wow” them, so make every effort to go above and beyond!

Take a step back and look at your business from a customer’s perspective.  Are you giving them a reason to remember and be loyal to you?  home%20based%20bookstore.jpg
