For those of you small business owners who are frustrated with the bank you do business with, you may be interested in this survey that was done by J. D. Powers and Associates.  They surveyed 5,000 small businesses with annual revenues between 100K and 10 Million.  Here is the highest ranked banks according to these small businesses:

1.  PNC
2.  Wachovia
3.  Sun Trust
4.  Washington Mutual
5.  American Express

I did a blogsearch for PNC bank and came across this post over at N8ivWarrior. It seems that PNC is one of those banks that charges non-customers $5 to cash one of their checks.  I could write a five-page rant on this type of fee, but we won’t go there.  And they say robbers are the biggest threats!
