
“Customer appreciation, mastering communications, dealing with difficult people, team building, the right attitude, dealing with change, decision making/problem solving, business ethics, time management and stress management”
I find it interesting that “customer appreciation” was listed first as one of the objectives of the class. Why is it that we can’t find these types of classes in a regular four-year university?
