Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

I was at the Swap Meet the other week and there’s a man there that sells Australian eucalyptus oil.  He has a cute little display which people notice - even kids.  A couple of teenagers were taking a look at his display when all of a sudden you hear the man bellow, “Don’t touch that!”  The kids scurry off.   Excuse them for being customers! 

People that were passing by who witnessed this little scene gave each other looks of surprise.  Someone mockingly said, “Stay away from my booth!  As a matter of fact, don’t buy anything from me!”  

Later, the man drops one of his fixtures and it breaks into little pieces.  Karma!
