
Sirius Stuff has a post titled “Good Customer Service Costs Too Much?” which talks about Wal-Mart (WMT) (Oh, I can hear the groans now) and how the people that work for this retail giant have a pretty low quality of life.
Ok, we’ve bashed on Wal-Mart for many years now, so I would like to give someone who works for Wal-Mart the chance to step forward and tell us how happy they are to be working for the company...![]()
After reading this post over at Sirius Stuff, a thought came to mind. What if the owners of Wal-Mart gave just a little bit of their billion-dollar salaries back to their employees? I remember when Nordstrom started giving employees annual bonus checks. Oh, glory day! Was I a happy camper? Heck yeah! Did I have more pep in my step at work? Oh, yes...
