Congrats to Tom Vander Well of QAQnA for making it on the cover of the Des Moines Business Record! Not too long ago Tom told a story of his experience with The Geek Squad.  Every since publishing his story, people started taking notice and now Tom has become quite famous ;)  

The main takeaway from the article in the Des Moines Business Record is that companies should start paying attention to what’s being said about them in the blogosphere.  I’ve talked about this before in a post titled Still Oblivious To What Customers Are Saying About You?  We can also learn from the T-Mobile incident awhile back.
