Are you a customer of Merrill Lynch?  If you are, you’re probably pretty happy with the service you’ve received from the company, right? Well, this year J.D. Power and Associates have recognized the company for call center operation customer satisfaction excellence.  

Merrill Lynch has retirement call center locations in Pennington, New Jersey and Jacksonville, Florida and handles about 25 million calls per year. J.D. Power did a survey of Merrill Lynch Retirement Contact Center customers who had recently called the company.  This is what they looked for when doing the evaluation:

• courtesy
• knowledge
• concern for the customer
• usefulness of the information provided
• convenience of operating hours
• ease of reaching a representative
• timely resolution
