I've been spending some time over at the newly launched BizzBites (thanks, Know More Media!) and came across this customer service post that was submitted. Dovetail Software Blogs shares some thoughts on great service and notes:![]()
"...but it does seem that it takes an extremely strong CEO, or else a sole owner, to saturate an enterprise with a specific strategic attitude."
If a big company - or any company for that matter - is going to succeed in implementing a plan of providing great customer service, it is up to the CEO to make a strong presence and be a good role model. It's a huge responsibilty, but if the CEO doesn't initiate it, who is going to?
I wish I had the time to email this post to all the CEOs in the world! *sigh*
