Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Today in the U.S. we honored Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for his accomplishments. This remarkable man basically defined civil rights and I would like to dedicate this post to him, the person who inspired so many people and created a revolution in social harmony.  He served our country in his own special way.

I couldn’t even imagine how it was like back then - being a customer of color.  To be treated differently from other customers.  Imagine being told that you could not eat in a restaurant simply because the color of your skin was “different”.  That’s just the way it was and there was no asking for the manager to come to your aid and I can guarantee that writing to the head honcho would get you nowhere.  

I’m truly grateful because if it wasn’t for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s courage, perhaps I wouldn’t be writing this blog today ;)
