I don’t know about you, but I usually dread going to the dentist’s office. Most dentists are “robotic” to me - just going through the motions - while I’m left to just lay there counting the minutes until the visit is over.
Well, Jay Berkowitz over at
Internet Marketing Consultant Blog shares a great

customer service story about his dentist,
Dr. Peter Blumenthal. What is most notable about the story is the part where Jay says, “My hygenist Patti was understanding and funny, she made the time pass easily. Best of all there was a constant flow of laughter from the lobby.” (Pictured here is Dr. Blumenthal and his staff taken from the website).
I’ve always said that you have to love what you do and have fun doing it. That’s good energy that the customer can pick up on. After all, isn’t it one of your goals to put a smile on your customer’s face and make sure that they have an enjoyable experience?

What a coincidence, Maria. I, too, posted a blog on my own experience with a dentist I find to be exceptional. Many dentists have had a bad rap so it's great to find those who provide just what we want. :-)
