George W. Daye III, the founder and President of BarServ has some advice for us:  quit our jobs and join him in the construction business....the business of “constructing solid professional relationships".

I encourage you to continue with your blueprint and really view your chosen profession as a construction business.  Stop walking on the same paths across the same piece of land where you've lived everyday of your professional career.  Build something new!  Build excellent customer service relationships and the business profits will follow.

It is time to quit our “jobs” and start looking at what we do now as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.  Make the most of every moment you have with each person you come in contact with.  You never who you‘re dealing with...that person could be the key to a lasting and prosperous life!
