On Friday I rented a car from Fox Rent a Car to take a trip to Las Vegas for a funeral. I had rented a car from them last month and was impressed with the service I received - plus they have very competitive rates. ![]()
The guy who helped me was going to give me a PT Cruiser for this trip, but I told him that I wanted something else. He looked at some information in the computer and saw that I had rented a Mazda the last time, so he fetched the keys for the Mazda instead. I liked that they had a record of the business that I did with them. I have rented from big name car rental companies before and nobody ever mentioned or acknowledged my rental history with them.
This may seem like a small thing to some people, but you know me...it’s the little things that count ;)
By the way, if you ever visit San Diego and need a car rental, I highly recommend Fox! They also have offices in other major cities...

Yes, Maria, those little things make up for a wonderful customer service experience. This very well qualifies for CSE of the Week. You're on on Feb. 9, ok? Thanks! :)
