
We have to remember that we were hired by our boss to help people - not to be the “stock person“, “cashier”, or even “manager”. Yes, those functions are part of our job, but ultimately and most importantly we are there to service the customer. I don’t care who you are. As boring and mundane this message may seem to some of you, I’m hoping some first time reader will see this and take heed.
