Good Monday to all of you! It’s a gorgeous day here in beautiful and sunny San Diego, so excuse my excitement and energy ;)
It’s Monday and you know what that means...Carnivale of Customer Service! Today’s carnivale is short and sweet, so let’s get on with the show!![]()
- Glenn Ross of Customer Service Experience has a most excellent post (ok, is the California coming out in me or what?) on what you can do to implement a strong customer service culture in your company. Glenn’s tips are highly recommended. Remember, it’s not what you say to your employees, it’s what you do. Become the best example of customer service and slowly your employees will follow. Good energy is contagious, I say.
- Phil Gerbyshak sent over this link from Michael Stelzner’s blog. Michael tells about the not-so-great service he received from a web hosting company called Aplus.net. It was the typical “we’re right and you’re wrong” attitude of the company’s customer service reps that made Michael switch companies!
Well, folks, that’s it for this week’s Carnivale of Customer Service! Would you like to be included in next week’s carnivale? It only takes a minute (literally!) to shoot off an email to me to let me know what customer service article you’d like to share ;) Find out more about participating here...

Thanks for the link, Maria. As for your beautiful weather, it's freezing here in Texas with snow and ice predicted for tomorrow.
Yee haa!!
