conference in San Francisco the director of customer care, Rich Johnson said, “My Best will be launched during our annual spring meetings and will include an unprecedented focus on service leadership and motivating and recognizing our thousands of line-level associates around the world.”
Yes, let’s not forget that customers are not only those who pay for the services or products of the company. Customers are your employees as well!
