I was just reading the latest blog entry over at The Power of Nice and learned that being nice and feeling good makes you smarter!  Because I have a keen interest in psychology and what makes the mind tick, I found this little tidbit of information to be quite interesting ;) 

My theory is - and I’m sure there have been studies out there to show whether or not this is true - that your brain molecules expand when you are vibrant, happy, and have energy.  Negative energy shrinks your brain and positive energy expands your brain!  

So, there you go...more reasons to be nice to your customers.  It’s not just a job, ok?  Why not look at it as a way to expand your mind, make you smarter, and give you energy ;)
