
I was truly inspired after reading some of the examples of great customer service that Meyer’s restaurant has offered. In a city that has a reputation for “rude and uncaring people” from some of us on the West Coast, this is definitely refreshing!
So, what extra steps are you taking today to create loyal customers?

I've read Danny's book and highly recommend it. He cites a lot of things that his company does to go above and beyond and it's quite interesting.
However, I've been trying to get an interview with him for weeks and have several unreturned phone calls into their PR department.
I've heard the restaurants are very good, though.
