The only companies that I’ve ever called on the phone are Southwest Airlines and Verizon. I used to have a Citibank card, but I don’t remember any of my interactions with the company’s call center reps.
I did a blogsearch for “1-800-Flowers.com customer service” and didn’t really come upon anything really noteworthy about the company - except for this minor rant by A Cranky Consumer.
