What Are Your Intentions For Your Business in 2007?
Well, if you are a regular reader of this blog, I hope the answer to the question I posed in the title is:  “I intend to take care of my customers in 2007”!

As I’m reading Becky Carroll’s post over at Customers Rock!  I agree that manycutting%20costs.jpg companies are so focused on “cutting costs” that they lose sight of what is most important.  I’ve talked about it numerous times here, especially here.  Becky has some great thoughts on the topic as well.
It really is about focus.  Now, bare with me as I offer my metaphysical view of business....  When you’re so focused on losing money, that’s what you attract into your business.  You lose money because that’s where your focus is.  However, when your focus is on your customers and taking care of them, you attract more customers.  The Law of Attraction in Business is a great post to read for a better explanation on this topic.  Ok, I don’t have any “scientific” evidence for this theory nor do I have any statistics to offer, however, I’ve learned to apply this to my own business as well.  I'm sure that there are many people out there who can vouch for me ;)

Here are my 2007 affirmations for this blog and customer service:
  • More and more business owners and corporate companies come to this blog to seek advice and find resources to help grow their business
  • I attract more readers and link love from other business blogs
What are your affirmations for the New Year?

Thanks for the mention, Maria. Companies with a Customers Rock! attitude truly do put the customer first in their thinking. The returns come in as a result.

My New Year's affirmations are to highlight those companies who have a Customers Rock! attitude and to help more people put customers first.

Happy New Year!
