
It’s true that customer service reps must be speedy in order for them to turn customers into raving fans, but are the expectations too high? Are we to blame for the creation of these uncaring robots? Are we not giving companies the chance to get to know us better? Do you know the name of the person who is helping you?
Should we as customers be more patient?








Yes, as customers we should be more patient. A friendly word or even remembering the name of the person helping you can go a VERY long way to increase the likelihood of superior service.
