Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

I just came across this little blurb over at Geek.com.  There’s a new website called What’s Really Annoying that I’ve dubbed the Digg of customer service.  Basically you sign up and vent your frustrations over bad customer service situations.  Other readers can agree with you, disagree with you, or people can ban together to try to get the companies to fix the situations. 

The creator of the website hopes that the “big, bad” companies will take notice of all these annoyances.  It’s also a little nice to vent and know that there are other people in the world who had similar problems with a company...
