
I think it’s ridiculous to have so many different rates. It’s confusing for the customers - more so for the reservation agents who have to keep up with all these different types of rates. There’s a rate for regulars, a rate for business people, a rate for...blah, blah, blah. Why not just one rate? Companies talk about customers being loyal, what about them being loyal to their customers?
And here’s another reminder...It’s also bad business to ignore your customers’ emails. I’ve already discussed this issue here...
