Well, I’m supposed to share five things you don’t know about me, so I will direct you to another blog of mine, The Good Life, where I posted my five things last week. As a bonus, I’ll add a couple more things you may not know about me that are related to customer service:
- My first job out of high school was a telemarketing gig for Statefarm Insurance. I got so tired of people telling me “no” that I quit the job after a month. Never call people during dinner!!
- I became a Store Manager for Contempo Casuals at the age of 21. I learned early that the best way to keep people was to treat them good and be fair! Yes, as a manager I still scrubbed toilets and mopped the floor too ;)
