Service Untitled talks about what you want vs. what you get when it comes to hiring customer service representatives. Doug offers an example of Gap’s “now hiring” sign that says that they’re looking for “motivated”, “enthusiastic”, and “committed” people. Doug concludes that Gap’s managers should be made aware that they are looking for these types of people because it seems that they don’t know ;)
