Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

A professor at Arizona State University must be on the same frequency as me because the school has a new course called Advanced Communications Sales Strategies.  The professor, Jim Kaiser, is teaching the students customer service, sales, and networking skills - some of the most important things in business, right? 

As I’ve said here before, we need more college courses focused on customer service.  In essence, customer service is the heart and soul of business.  I remember having to take a Business Law class in college, but am I using anything I learned in that class?  Not even close.  That’s what my lawyer is for!  But customer service...I use that every single day!
