
Thank God for publications like Fast Company who know the value of service. Not too many business magazines focus on the importance customer service. I read magazines such as Business Week, Forbes, and Inc., but it’s rare to find articles that stresses the need for companies to provide great service or profiles companies that do give good service (If you can prove me wrong - kudos!) There are stories about companies that are succeeding (or not) in the business world, yet not enough thorough analysis as to why a company is or is not doing well.
Anyhow, I’m glad to see that more and more people are taking notice of customer service because it does apply to every single industry! Yes, even you!
