One particular post that stood out was one by David Sandusky which covered the topic of...you guessed it: customer service. He invites us over to his forum where you can share your experiences with companies who have made an impression on you.
So, grab a cup of coffee (or tea!) and take some time out this weekend to welcome these new authors to our network! They have a wealth of knowledge to share and I’m sure we can learn something from each of them ;)
