Well, Inamori’s philosophy now explains the banner I saw in front of the Kyocera office here in San Diego and is further evidence of how a great company needs a strong pillar to survive!
I did a blog search for "Kyocera customer service" and didn't find any negative reviews, so that's a pretty good sign!
