
Imagine walking into a store where you walk up to a customer service rep and kindly ask them a question about one of the products. Instead of acknowledging that you are there ready to spend money with their company, the customer service rep simply goes on his/her merry way oblivious to your presence. Or better yet, what if you asked the CSR a question, but the question is met with a blank stare?
This is how customers feel when they send an email to a company who doesn’t respond. Can you believe that this is still going on?
