Incredible Hall of Acclaim: Third Edition
I was going to designate Tuesdays as the day I announce the new inductees into the Incredible Hall of Acclaim, but I had the case of It’s November and what am I going to do about everything I had on my New Year’s Resolution List blues.  So I sat in front of the tube and vegged out and laughed my head off watching Nacho Libre.  It’s something about laughter that let’s your mind just release and gives you back the energy you need....In all serious though, I realized just how much I've accomplished and I thank all you readers for the support here!CustomersAreAlwaysMHz.gif

So, folks, I’m back in action tonight to share with you the new inductees.  Drum roll, please...
  • CRM Mastery E-Journal is an awesome resource for CRM and customer service news.  I can’t get over the wealth of information that Jim Berkowitz shares.  He probably does as much reading as me, if not more...I especially like one of his newer posts, Thinking Like a Genius.  Customer service reps are always challenged to solve problems and it helps if you can think like a genius!

Thank you for the super particular, experienced Flight Crew on my flight from MCI to LOV in Dallas on the night of 12/29/06,arriving at LOV about Midnight. The male flight attendant was one of the best I have ever experienced, as was the Captain. They got me on the aircraft, after coming out of the snowstormm in DEN. Being a former UAL employee, I usually fly with UAL, but SWA was the only one that could take me through to LOV. I cannot say enough good about SWA, even the passengers were helpful and wonderful. I was the lady in the wheelchair,and the last to go through FTA check. You all are wonderful. Thank you, again.
