Have You Made a Ripple Today?
Not too long ago I happened upon Steve Harper’s blog, The Ripple Effect:  Maximum Ripple where I signed up to receive his newsletter.  Last night I received the latest news from Steve in my email box and I had to share something he said:

As the holidays approach it is easy for us all to begin thinking about doing good deeds in the spirit of the holidays.  However, Rippling is an approach to living your life andwater_ripple1.jpg conducting your business in a whole new way.  What if it didn't take the holidays to remind us that we all can do more?  What might the world be like?

Our new tag line is the most appropriate one I think we could have ever come up with.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE.  START TO RIPPLE.
Start with something small.  Make it a point to do something nice and unexpected for the next 60 days.  By actively living a Ripple-Centric life for the next 60 days I suspect that when you awake on January 1st of the new year, it will not only be a new year you will be facing, but a whole new perspective on life in general.

Now imagine if each and every one of us did something nice each day for every one of our customers... Gosh, I can just see the positive vibes spreading throughout the stratosphere!  It can be as simple as giving a customer a genuine and happy smile ;)  Start with doing something nice for your family and watch how that good energy starts to take over your actions at work as well!

Maria,

I am honored and humbled by your inclusion of my thoughts in your BLOG. You sometimes wonder who, if anyone is reading what you are saying and if it is making any difference out there. Thanks for proving to me that the effort is all worth it!

I am finding all sorts of things to read and like here and will expect to return often! Do you have any interest in exchanging LINKS?

Thanks again for making me smile today!

Ripple On!

Steve Harper

I am writing to ask for permission to use an image on your site because I am doing a piece of coursework.
