Maria, you have stumbled upon a truly World-Class Customer Service provider in that particular Avon lady! I am a long-time reader of her blog, and I feel sure she could teach a graduate-level class on how to make customers feel cared for, appreciated, and catered to. Best of all, as you know from reading her entries yourself, she really *listens* to her customers. Their feedback, and her own unflinchingly candid (and often hilarious!) reflections on the products she sells, are at the heart of every word she writes in a product review. An honest and unbiased evaluation of the products being pushed is rare (to say the least) in the ranks of customer sales reps!
