
This year I started this experiment called Double Your Way to a Million. Have you heard of the guy who started with a red paper clip and traded his way up to a house? The Double Your Way to a Million is a similar concept. Basically, you take small steps towards your big goal. It’s been a fun experiment for me and if you have dreams of being a millionaire (and who doesn‘t?), I would recommend trying it out.
Well, what does this have to do with customer service you ask? If you are a small business that wants to grow into a big company, you can apply the same concept to your business. Take it step by step - one customer at a time. Focus on each customer and watch your business grow as those customers spread the word for you!
