As much as we would like our days to go smooth all the time, we know that life throws us curveballs which essentially tests our ability to stay cool, calm, and collective in the face of adversity. And boy, do we have our share of adversity when working in customer service!
One of the biggest challenges I had in my college calculus class was doing those gosh darn paragraph-long problem solving questions. Oh, did I dread doing those - wondering when I was actually going to use these skills in the “real world”. However, the more work I did in customer service, the more I realized that’s a big part of what I did - solve problems.
However, you need not have taken a calculus class in order to solve problems. Get some tips from Elemental Truths.
