Companies That Cater To Their Customers

There’s a new Barnes & Noble in San Diego, so I decided to check it out today. When I go to the bookstore usually my first stop is the business section of the magazine racks. I was a little thrown off because every other magazine was in Spanish. Then I had to remember where I was, Chula Vista, where there is a very large population of Mexicans. I think it’s good for B & N to offer magazines in Spanish - shows that they are thinking about their customer.

L%27Occitane%20Braille.jpg Another company that is thinking about their customer is L’Occitane. The founder of the company, Olivier Baussan, saw a blind woman sampling perfumes which gave him the idea to add Braille labels to their products. How many companies do you know that cater to the blind?
