Carnivale of Customer Service: The CRM Edition
I hope all of you had a great holiday weekend (if you live in the U.S.) and you’re back to tackle the last month of the year with a positive attitude!  Let’s hope that the well-being you experienced with your family passed on into your business environment and you can transmit that good energy to your customers ;)  street-carnival.jpg

I know I’m ready to start this week off with a bang and give you a great Carnivale of Customer Service experience!  I received some links with great lessons to learn:
  • Dan Obregon of eStara shares an article that talks about how even sports teams can leverage technology to create a better customer experience and more ticket sales.
  • Sagar Satapathy of CRM Lowdown offers a reminder that our customers are different and that CRM “is an art as much as it is a science”.
