Great question. Fantastic question. So, we know that great customer service is what we should be practicing in order to succeed in business, but are we actually doing it?
Again, I believe it all goes back to having leaders in the company who are positive examples and know the difference between knowing to take action and actually taking action. It’s one thing to know that customer is important in business, but it’s another thing to actually claim “good customer service” as a priority, write down the goal, and have the commitment and action plan to realize that goal.
