
It’s been a most memorable year so far and I just wanted to take some time out to share with you a couple of noteworthy posts that stirred up interest. So take this walk down memory lane with me, won’t you?
Back in May I posted “The Downfall of Apple” which was a test on customer evangelism. I didn’t know just how many people absolutely love Apple and will challenge anyone who goes against the company. I also learned that negativity definitely breeds more negativity!
Then in June there was the AOL saga with Vincent Ferrari that caused a huge ripple in the photosphere.
When you work in customer service, sometimes you have to keep your composure when customers say off-the-wall things - like the man who talked to his muffin...
Of course, there are all the great customer service stories that give me the confidence that customer service is not dead!
