Try This The Next Time You Get Bad Service...
As I browse through my RSS feed for “customer service”, I come across many articles where the word “sucks” appears in them.  Of course, someone is complaining about how customer service “sucks” nowadays or how some company did them wrong.

Ok, it sucks...now what?

What are you going to do about it?

Ok, perhaps you want people to know about the awful service you received from XYZ Company so others won’t do business with them.

But what about this...

How about writing a letter to the owner of XYZ Company and
envelope.gif perhaps sharing with him/her some of the great customer service resources online you‘ve come across (ahem, like this blog...Ha! Ha!).  Don’t write to let them know about the awful service you received.  Just say that you thought an article(s) would be “of interest” to them.... That will get them thinking, eh?

I asked for a replacement card because I had lost mine enroute from Seattle to Thousand Palms, CA
The letter I received today said this was being sent to my'old address' It WAS my NEW address! How can I tell them that I want a card at 33100 Laura Dr. Thousand Palms, CA? This WAS account 06006- but they were to change the number?

I have got a new ^300 Nokia mobile just 4 months back and have visited Nokia centre 7 times for it.
It was giving a battery backup of 120 minutes only.I went to get the battery changed, but the Nokia Care people tuned my mobile set instead and said that everything is fine.
I checked my mobile after that and it is still giving the same backup with an additional problem of unclarity and breakup of voice from both ends.
I have visited 4 Nokia centes for 2 different problems, and all of them have given me different answers.
I'm fully confused and have left all the confidence in Nokia Care technical persons.
They have tuned my mobile and have added new bug into it.
I have travel 200 km in total and must have spent 10 to 12 hours on my set going to different Nokia Care centres again and again
I don't know what follows next.
