
1) Parking can be tough downtown and sometimes you’re out of quarters to feed the meter. Many businesses require that you buy something before they’ll give you change (aaarrgh!), but this Starbucks offers change freely.
2) As I sit here upstairs typing I’m watching one of the employees scrub the outside facade with diligence. He even looks like he’s having fun doing it. Shows that they take pride in their shop.
3) On this visit I purchase a tuna sandwich and bottled Frappuccino. The cashier asks if I would like a bag for my items. I’ve never been offered a bag before!
Hey, you may think that these are small things, but as you may know, small things count in my book...

As a former Starbuckian I assure you that Starbucks cares about the little things.
