Customer walks into a restaurant. Customer stands there for five minutes for someone to greet her. Customer walks up to one of the two servers asking to be seated. Customer sits down for five minutes and waits for a menu. Server walks by the customer twice and never brings the menu. Customer walks out. Customer finds another restaurant that serves her well.
Yes, that customer was me and after writing this I’m thinking I may just turn it into a children’s book! Ha!
Just a reminder that your competition is waiting for your customers!

Maria,
I wonder if the management knows this is going on? I'd contact them and let them know. If it's a chain, then they probably have a Web site with a customer service link. If it's a local business they still might, or a telephone call to the manager/owner might suffice.
I would think management would want to know WHY they were losing money.
