Ten Things About Maria Palma’s Personal Life
Lewis Green of L & G Business Solutions dropped by and left a comment today, so of course I had to check out his website and find out all about him.  Not only does Lewis have a great deal of experience in business management, but I found out some personal stuff about him as well...and so for a little fun I thought I’d copy Lewis’s format and share with you a few personal things about me:

Ten Things About Maria Palma’s Personal Life:
1) If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, it would be… Enchiladas
2) If I weren't a business person, I would be a…holistic doctor
3) Something I would like to do, but haven't had the chance… take a ride in a hot air balloon
4) The last concert I went to…Boyz to Men
5) My favorite toy as a kid… Rubik’s Cube
6) When I'm not working, you'll find me… making jewelry
7) My favorite TV show is…(drawing a blank on this one!)
8) My oddest paranoia or superstition is…aliens from outer space
9) My last movie I saw was…Lucky # Slevin
10) If I could have dinner with a famous person, dead or alive, he or she would be…Monet

Now you’re probably wondering what this post has to do with customer service.  Nothing, actually.  I just think it’s nice to know for people to know a little bit more about the blogger behind Customers Are Always ;)

Maria,

Thank you for the shout out. Today, I left my blog URL in the event you would like to check that out. As the editor of the INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS New England Chapter (INCNE} Newsletter, I also use the "Ten Things" format for members to get to know other members better. I love what you are doing here. Keep up the great work!

Maria,

You forgot, "Most excellent Blogger!".-)

Lewis,

Thank you for the inspiration! Sometimes we forget that there are many dimensions to a person and getting to know somebody on a more personal level builds an even stronger bond between you two. Again, thanks for sharing ;)

Glenn,
Thank you for the kind words! Together we can help businesses become more aware that customer service is vital to their survival!
