 What is this new technology? It’s called “Windows Live Service Agents”. The system will be used first with Microsoft’s Xbox services and will extend to other Microsoft products in the future. But again...we have to remember that this new technology doesn’t necessarily mean that people will get great service. It’s up to those people, the “live agents” to provide a good user experience. We’ll see! |
