
Imagine that I am a "perfect customer" for you. Now imagine I am standing in front of you and ask, "What are you doing right now, behind the scenes, to make my life even better going forward? And what is driving you to do it?"
Michael also mentions how having a blog can be very effective in communicating to your customers what you are doing behind the scenes - which I’ve mentioned here before as well.
One thing we have to remember is that everything we do in life is based on relationships. Our relationships with people are the keys to opportunities and a wealth of information. When you have relationships with your customers, you open up the doors to a more prosperous and giving life. I don’t know about you, but that’s how I’d like people to remember me by!
