So anyways, I was in Wet Seal, Horton Plaza in downtown San Diego and I can tell you that it seems to have gotten worse. The store was literally jam-packed full of merchandise and I could barely walk in between the fixtures. I know for a fact that anyone in a wheelchair would not be able to maneuver in there. It was definitely a safety hazard. Being semi-claustrophobic I suddenly felt very closed-in - which made me walk out of there in a hurry. Why spend all that money remodeling a store just to make it look like some discount store?
Thoughts for the day: How do you expect to make sales if your customer can’t even feel comfortable in your store? Is your store wheel-chair accessible?
