 A great example of how a lack of communication within a company  can lead to bad customer service. This put Mark in an inconvenient position to have to explain what the gift card was to every employee he did a transaction with. Are your employees knowledgeable about all the products you sell? Do you communicate with them when there is something new in policy? |
