 What would you do? I hope that your answer is: Treat my customers good! How would you bring in customers into your establishment? It would make for an interesting experiment - not doing any media advertising for a few months and instead using that money to “beef up” your customer service efforts. If you’re up for the challenge, I’d definitely love to hear about it! |
