
I tried to visit the Hotels.com U.S. website, but since I’m in Mexico I was automatically routed to their Mexico website. There was no option to have the website translated into English which caused a little frustration. Imagine being an American in a foreign country and you needed to get in contact with a company and you couldn‘t understand what the website was saying...Not very good customer service, eh?
I’ve dedicated this post to the two ladies who have shared their story in hopes that Hotels.com will take notice and make an effort to resolve their issues. I personally have never used this service, but now that I’ve heard their stories, I probably never will in the future.
